Drag & Fly Tours in the News

Since our first tour rolled out in November 2024, the drag queen hosted sightseeing bus has been written up by national magazines, international travel press and the desert's own Palm Springs Life. Here is some of what they had to say.

Drag & Fly Tours has been featured five times by Palm Springs Life and covered by Men's Health, Marie Claire, Numéro, AAA, TravelPulse and the Irish Independent, along with travel press in Australia, Canada and Chicago. Reviewers consistently describe it as the most fun way to see Palm Springs.

Media Inquiries

Drag & Fly Tours is a drag queen hosted sightseeing tour of Palm Springs, California. Guests ride in a custom mobile theater with stadium seating and a giant picture window while a professional drag queen mixes live narration, music and video to tell the story of the city's celebrities, mid-century architecture and queer history. Tours run 90 to 100 minutes and depart from The Doll House at 267 E Tahquitz Canyon Way in downtown Palm Springs.

The company was founded in November 2024 by JD Cargill, a former CNN entertainment producer and winner of multiple Peabody Awards and a duPont Award, who hosts tours as Anita Doll. Rosemary Galore and Danity Zann, two of the desert's best known drag performers, share hosting duties.

Get to know the hosts on our Meet the Queens page, find practical details in the FAQs, or book a seat on the next tour.

Writers, editors and producers: we love hosting media. For interviews, photos, or a seat on the bus, email jd@dragandflytours.com.
