Yes, all guests must sign a waiver before the tour. Ticket purchasers should forward the order confirmation email to everyone in their party. From the email, each guest can click "Sign My Waiver" to complete the form.
Ticket purchasers will also receive a reminder email 24 hours before the tour. The waiver only takes a few seconds, so please complete it before arrivingâDonât be a diva, just get it done!
Absolutely! Snap away throughout the tour. For videos, youâre welcome to record at the intermission stop and on the busâbut only before the tour begins or after it ends. And honey, donât forget to tag us in your photosâwe love sharing your fabulous memories!
Of course! Our bus is equipped with a wheelchair lift. During checkout, you can let us know if someone in your party will need it.If you didnât indicate this at checkout, no problemâjust contact us at least 48 hours in advance with your order number. If a guest is unable to transfer to a seat on the mobile theater, you must let us know in advance so we can make the necessary accommodations.
Bathrooms are available at our pickup/drop off location, Market Market, and at our intermission stop. There is no bathroom onboard the mobile theater.
